Somewhat urgent photoshop help needed

So, on our whole family beach trip this past summer my brother in law and I thought it would be funny to hold hands in the group family picture. Little did we know that this picture would be used by my mother and father in law for their Christmas cards. My wife didn’t notice it at the time but did yesterday when she was ordering the cards online. Needless to say I thought it was hilarious at the time but I really don’t want to ruin my in laws Christmas cards. Anyone here good with photoshop?
