I believe it. I used to live near the airport. A couple of giant drug busts in my old neighborhood. Place is a ghost town now after the housing crash.
I respect your firm price point and I honestly believe it's right in line..If you do happen to decide to drop to 4K, let me know and I'll take it. That said, I'm sure you'll get full asking..I would just need to account for shipping it up to Denver.

I would put some epoxy in that bullet hole and polish it smooth. I would take it like that and show it off 
BTW when I was in the service, one of the Airman showed me all these patches on the Side of a Sikorsky Ch-53 and he said "see those patches? those are from small and large arms fire from the Vietcong"

geez..I'm one of those that got OUTBID...some people just don't get it do they? Sorry that happened man..
why not skip ebay and associated fees and knock it down in price the commenseurate amt. for mudders? (id personally want a mudder to get it because- in general the sale is t going to come back on you if say an engine blows etc.) mudders tend to be more understanding of issues that arise right after a sale......vs ebay crowd that is more likely to reverse payments/ take you to court or claim something b.s.
