I sold this rig today. I am posting this as a reference for potential sellers/buyers who are researching 80s. If it needs to go to chat, no hurt feelings. We owned it for 12 years and brought 2 kids home from the hospital in it...seller's remorse? Yeah, before I even agreed to sell it!

New OEM Spec 40th Anniversary leather seat covers for front and middle rows, to include all 4 door inserts, 4 headrests and center console. (from Mud vendor Metric TLC)
Carbon fiber seat heaters with wiring and switches for both front seats (Metric TLC)
Driver's seat bottom cushion, new OEM Toyota (C-Dan)
NOS OEM 40th Anniversary front floor mats
Known Issues:
Both front seats need new gears. I have the gears and installation instructions (from a Mud vendor) in-hand and 2 new white seat "caps" already installed. (I was going to do the gears with the leather)
"D" light in dash is out
4 hail dents (hood and roof), dent centered in tailgate (no paint damage and was there at 50k miles) and a door ding in front P/S door
Clear-coat failing in places on roof, some dull spots on hood and paint coming off of several door handles (plastic showing through)
History:
We purchased this FZJ-80 in Colorado Springs in late 2000 as an off-lease with 50k miles from a Land Rover dealership in Motor City. I had been searching for 4 months for an Antique Sage 40th with factory lockers and my dad and older brother (who both still lived in the Springs) gave it a thumbs-up, as did the long-trusted family mechanic in Manitou Springs, who did a used car inspection for me. I drove to Colorado in my 1998 4Runner and brought the 80 back to Texas, where it has lived ever since. (the 1998 4Runner has changed possession between my dad and I several times over the last 12 years: he just bought it back with 250k trouble-free miles!)
Soon after getting the 80, I added the front ARB and Warn winch. (slightly used from wngrog on Mud.). At about 120k, I finally had Waggoner5 install a brand new OME 2.5" lift.
We used this 80 as a DD and (very) light wheeler through October 2010, when I went on temporary assignment to St Simons Island, GA and the rig's HG blew just before we left.
I temp-traded the limping rig for my buddies 99 100 Series and he delivered the 80 to Buddy at The Cruiser Shop in the Dallas area. Buddy is not cheap, but his customer feedback is phenomenal and he knows these trucks as well as anyone.
Since we have returned to Texas, my 40 has been under the knife at Baertrax and I have bought/sold my buddies 100 and purchased another 100. The 80 is driven, occasionally, for fun...but the 100 is now the DD and the 40 will once again be the family wheeler. As much as I hate to do it, I think it's time for the 80 to move on down the trail.
