At this point, no shipping unless buyer arranges pick up in Boulder, Colorado.

Bought a rebuilt split case from ACC Toyota to mount to H55 for asking price.

This case will not work with H55.

Prefer cash and local pick up and is an OBO deal, since I'd like to move it.

ACC didn't know you intended to use it with an H55f?

Not going to throw ACC under the bus and my intentions in their name being associated with this ad are to establish rebuild and powder coating validity.

It is what it is and there ain't no changing it, so playing the have I've been dealt.

It is my responsibility to be an informed buyer and, unfortunately, I wasn't at that time.

i have a fj60 1985-87 t-case mounted to my h55. look for one of those….

Undeservingly so, but had a healthy dosing of Cruiser karma sent my way on this deal.

My buddy Alberto SD spent his weekend divorcing an 85 BJ70 34mm split case from a OE set up H55, that he benevolently gifted to this project.

The money shot...

Thanks again, Alberto.

Georg has a rebuild kit on the way with a 34mm idler. Robbie is going to blast the case, and mate it to the H55, so problem solved, except for this additional case I don't need and would like to recoup a portion of what's been invested to fund this corrective measure.

I'll take it back if you can't use it.

I can't use it, unfortunately.

It was suggested to call and discuss a return, but ACC bears no responsibility for, so I wasn't going to ask.

Again, in no uncertain terms was responsibility for incompatibility expressed nor implied to be ACCs.

If you recall the specifics of the transaction, you may remember how it went down and who was involved, but, ultimately the responsibility was mine to ensure compatible, and I didn't.

I'll hold this over the head of the offending party for life. :)

Will contact today to further discuss.

Thank you.

In the meantime, should anyone want, I'll estimate shipping from Boulder to Atlanta at $90, so that'd make the price $910.

Have explored shipping options and this can ship via Fedex Ground.

It's heavy, in a Rubbermaid container, so it'll be expensive, but I'd limit the total investment to anyone in CONUS to $1k.

So, $1k shipped in CONUS.

Spoke with Micheal at ACC at length and in earnest, the net result being that he will contact in the event they have a customer that expresses interest in a rebuild.

Again, ACC has no obligation, nor responsibility, and I'm grateful that he extended the offer he did.

The short of it is, this case is for sale, still.

From a cost comparison approach:

Guaranteed cores average $400-450.

Rebuild Kits shipped $248,00

Labor $400.00

$1,048.00 before shipping.

This case is PCd by ACC and currently priced at $1k shipped in CONUS, but I am motivated to move it, so offers are considered.
