Good point. It's not a huge deal to bring it back into the fold. Bibs are easily found. The hood scoop might just be ornamental and easy to remove.

Wonder if the owner just got married because all he needs are some pop cans tied to the back and he is set , but in all seriousness aside from the flowers and head lamps etc it looks like pretty good from the few pics.

Even hoods are not that hard to find if it has been cut. The rear wheel wells will be the biggest pain. I also would look at those lights mount to the top. The front lip of the top is not designed to have any extra weight. Just the hood lifted and let to drop against the top over the years will distort the edge.
