SOA - Painting everything while it's off the truck

I want to repaint everything a nice gloss black or grey when doing my SOA. Prep I assume is all done with a wire wheel. What about paint?

I have access to my Dad's cabinet shop which has two nice spray guns and a full size spray booth to do it all in.

What type of paint is best for spraying? Certain mixtures for better hardening? I don't know anything about paint and I would like basic input or good links to check out. I want quality but I don't want to be dropping tons of cash. What's the best balance?

I used POR15 with their chassis black top coat. A side grinder with a wire wheel is best for prep.

wire bush/wheel to get all the dirt off. and I like to use flat disc. make it nice
