On the front the goal is to keep the sway bar from hitting the driveshaft at full droop. When the new shocks and springs are installed, with the truck supported on stands and the axle hanging, hold the sway bar up to the links and look for clearance at the driveshaft. The amount of spacer needed will be obvious. On my truck with OME med springs and a 1.5" spring spacer I had a .5" sway bar spacer, with the J springs and spacer the links were lengthened 1.5". Slee's 1.5" sway bar spacers would have worked on both setups.

For the rear with J's we also went 1.5", both brackets were cut and sleeved with tube. Pictures of the rear links are in this thread;

If I remember correctly yes, it fit over the rear, the front is butt welded. Check the OD of the links and buy tube with the correct ID. We just used some scraps that we had at the shop.
