You think it is cold here in the Carolinas? My step daughter lives in Buffalo NY, her last year at Buff State. They closed the roads in Buffalo, emergency traffic only. That is serious in Buff. They have around 3 feet now and it is expected to be up to 6 feet by tomorrow due to lake effect snow. Everything there is closed.
