My plan is Saturday, heading back to the area I like north of Gallena (FS 7, 8 and 9). Route stays mostly in the valley but there are options to gain some elevation.
Hard to tell what the saturday storm will bring. Could be very little in this area. Or a lot
If I go, I'd like to be in Cuba before 10

If you guys are game, but want to go to the east side of jemez, I'm not averse to that. I like Gallena mostly because its less traveled, and less fighting hill climbs which can be a chore in the snow, but I'm easy. Could go to Magdalena!

I gotta be in Colorado Sunday. If Sunday works better for you guys, you should do it!

I'm good with Gallena, don't think I've been there in a while.

Just a thought. It's been a traditional run to play in the snow on New Years Day. Do we want to wait a week?

Sure if that's better on you guys. I'll be up north.

If someone wants to do something tomorrow, let me know by 5:30 or 6 tonight. Otherwise I'll head to Durango a day early

I won't be able to make it tomorrow.

I'm out as well :-(

Looks like the Jemez run fizzled out for this afternoon. Frank and I were talking about a Puerco run Sat afternoon while it is snowing. We were going to play it as the weather permits. We probably would meet at the water tower near 32nd Ave off Northern Blvd, if we end up going.

I'll post up as we zero in ... if anybody is interested in a close by Puerco run this afternoon/evening.

I got 5" at the house. I'm having fun just tooling around my place!!

We are in Ruidoso right now. There are drifts a few feet deep and visibility is about 100 feet. We drove the Cruiser here so there might be a snow run here today or tomorrow.

I got about 16" or so at the house.

This is sat

You're going to need chains for that tractor if this keeps up.

Just pulled the tractor out with the 80, so yeah I'm in serious need of chains.

Might as well pick up a covered cab for your tractor along with those chains.

Went up to the Sandias early yesterday to beat the crowds. At least two feet of snow, we were about a mile from the top before we decided to turn around. The way back down was a mad house with people sliding off the road and getting stuck in snow banks. Our pup had a great time!
