Yeah I pmed him last Wednesday, emailed garage alpha over a week ago. I dont really like IG but I went ahead and messaged him on there too. DangI pmed him here. Took a few days for reply and maybe a week or so for replacement to arrive
I also reached out via email last week and today and have not heard back yet. If I hear anything will update with any other ways to contact them. It has been 7 days so I went on PayPal to dispute and they offered up another email for the seller to try first before filing a dispute. I just emailed that address which is zen@ instead of vision@. I would be very cautious buying from them unless they can make good. Their has been no communication to me at all so if you have a problem, idk…frustrating. I’ll toss a few goodies in the mail to you for the good faith.Update to my broken tab: got a replacement, packaging was a little better and box is bigger to absorb some FedEx abuse(yes that's a boot print on the box). Still had some barely visible scuff on the corner where it poked through the packaging but no broken tabs. Ideally would have liked a perfect piece but want these guys to stay in business and keep making gx products so I'm calling it good

I haven't seen it in a while, so I don't know if it's still in use, but I used to see large products that had an expanding foam of some kind that would "mold" around the product perfectly. If I remember correctly, they'd take plastic bags and put them in the cavity between the product and the space around it in the box. Then they'd fill the plastic bag with this expanding foam. The product was literally locked in the box with plenty of cushion all around.
Wonder if these guys can do a little research and package their grills like that. Guarantee they will never see another returned product because of shipping damage!

BIG BIG apologies to both of you. As mentioned, the past week was a bit of a wash for us, so we have a LOT of e-mails and DMs to reply to. You can also see how one message that goes without response can turn into six emails/DMs and bog us down! Viscous circle I tell you!
Also, just to confess, we're not a big company. We don't ship daily and try to batch orders together to be as efficient as possible. In the order confirmation e-mails we try to control expectations, I believe it asks for a couple days for order processing and combine that with twice a week shipping - an order COULD take a week to leave. For example, an order comes in on Wednesday after shipping cut off, takes a day or two to process, then doesn't go out until the next Monday or even Wednesday. Not Amazon speeds, I confess. BUT, everything gets where it's going, sooner or later. Which is also the reason I don't specialize in life saving medication.![]()
As for the shipping methods, there isn't actually a "choice". This package is so big that we're really restricted on who will even pick it up and how they will ship it. So if you see "1 day" shipping time, that's not necessarily an "upgraded" method it's just the estimate.
Again, apolgies for the delay. But we're making sure everyone get their stuff in good condition the first time... and that's turned out to be a challenge!
