Small electric fan in front of the radiator

I installed a new radiator since mine cracked and I saw this small electric fan that covers 1/4th of the left corner of the radiator and I wondered what will this small thing really help instead of blocking a part of the radiator? Can someone explain to me what it does ?? ???

And please under my PS-Seat I see a small box strapped to the bottom with some wires going somewhere. What is it?

And what ist under the drivers seat? In this big metal box. The controls for the electric seats ?? ???

Enough questions for now !

BTW, there was a question what happens if you have the auto up window mod and your arm will be caught between the window and the frame. Will it stop from alone?
Yes, it will

I have the auto up mod in my VX and if anything blocks the way of the window going up then it will stop immediately without causing harm. So even children can play with the button.

Mike,

You have that additional fan because of your dual A/C and cool box. That is not found in the US. that being said, I have one. As far as your driver's seat is concerned, that is likely the rear heater. Your passenger seat thingy is likely an alarm module.

I don't know jack about your auto-up......

but it can't be an alarm module because the rig had no alarm until I installed a non-oem one. Please give me another guess.

It is a box 20x7 cm and has some wires coming out in front only. The wires disappear under the carpet.
