I was using Google Earth this morning looking for some old mines over in New Mexico when I came across this view. WTH, how did that object get there and how could it still be in such good shape? Then slowly(very slowly) it came to me what was going on. Now I wonder how often that photos like this happen? This is the first one that I've seen.

Are you referring to the randomly placed push pin, people leave trash everywhere. Or maybe it's a pilot aid to navigation, hang a right at the push pin?:hillbilly:

what are the odds. I would have thought the same thing at first also, "Thats a heck of a place to run out of fuel!". course, I'm not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree. I tend to go on & off!

Boy can I relate! I am the guy who tried to shift the transfer case in his Tacoma by grabbing the heater switch(C'mon it says HIGH and LOW). What else? Oh I once tried to activate the microwave oven with my PIN number. I could go on and on.....
