I just got this email:

Dear Customer-

Thank you for your interest in Michelin EdgeLiner! Unfortunately, we do not offer your specific vehicle's make and model at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you will consider Michelin EdgeLiner for future vehicles.

So did I. I guess I will print out the longer email I sent them last week and mail it in. Never hurts to keep trying.

Signed it but I expect bacon wil fly before we see these.

I have a set of Goodyear floormats that the center is like the tread of the MT-R's -- I just cut around the dead pedal & they have been great for the last 3-4 yrs, I think they were from Autozone. There were tan ones too.

Not to hijack, but you can do the same thing at Weathertech's website for their custom fit floorliners. I'd rather buy from a small(ish) American company than from the damned French... Cause, you know, at the first sign of mud the Michelins will probably surrender...

I had known about the weathertech's request page too. But looking through search it looked like people had done the same kind of thing to them in the past. I was just trying a different avenue. If a company just needs a name and email to judge a segment I would offer that freely. I will admit that efforts for custom fitted mats of good quality seem foolish for a truck that is 17-20 years old, but you never know unless you try.
