Just got done taking the running boards off tonight. Wish I could do the bumpers right now but it'll have to wait. Hoping to get a roof rack soon since I'll use that more this year then anything. Then this winter I'll go ahead and get the front and rear bumpers and some sliders.
WOW! Gwatts that is one of the best tire, lift, wheel combo's I have seen yet. Could I come by sometime and check it out in person? I'm curious if you haven't regeared to feel what that combo feels like on the street.
For future reference in case anyone is interested. Just got done doing a 100 mile trip. Figured I'd check the MPGs while I was driving with the new setup(2" lift using AHC and 35" nitto trail grappler MTs).
I used Nokias drive app to measure the gps speed and distance. Seems to be about a 10% difference from the stock odometer to the gps. So gps stated 103 miles my trip odometer said 93.6 miles. It was a night run, outside temp at 65 degrees F interior temp set to 75 degrees F. Was traveling at 75mph about 95% of the 100 miles. With this I added 7.368 gallons.
This gave me 13.97mpg using the gps distance. Without a speedo correction yet this is about as close to accurate I think I can get.

I just lifted my 1999 hundy suspension at 203k miles, and developed the axle boot leak on the left and right axles. This is to be expected, but I thought so I thought I would post some pics on what a boot leak looks like, especially since it does not have a tell-tail drip on the ground...
You can see that the right side has a crack in the rubber and also a seal leak, while the left side only has the seal leak. These leaks happen because the axle boots (and the CV for that matter) have formed and dried out at the OEM stock angle. When the angle changes on a veteran axle boot, the rubber and seals are stressed in a new direction and fail. I am replacing them next week, because a failed axle is bad and damages other parts and also stops the vehicle from running.

I did the math, and a 35" wheel is going to run apx 10% faster/farther per rotation. So your experience sounds about right. Watch out for speeding tickets because you were going 83 mph if your speedometer read 75 mph! btw, what was your change in gas milage from the pre-build mpg?
Here are some picks of 18x9 Fuel Beast wheels with 35x12.5x18 General AT2 tires. There is a SLEE 3.5" lift kit with Icon shocks. I had to replace the front and rear control arms because of age (upper and lower rear). I still need the SLEE adjustable panhard bar for the rear, which is pulled 3/4" to to the right for now. It still drives nicely, but will replace. Also, will need to replace leaky front axles, which did not like the changed angles (see pics above). Fuel says these wheels fit a hundy, but they do not! They were nice and sent me spacers since I had bought the wheels already. I think I got the last set of these tires. :-/ I saw the Goodyear 295 ATs, and they have a more aggressive sidewall than my tires. I hard to cut the step and step-cap as well as the front bumper. This is not too bad because I will get bumpers soon. I'll post more pics when done!

Keep an eye on the bolts. Mine started rusting badly after just 2 weeks.

I never checked mileage before actually. I mostly checked it after because I know a lot of people may want to know the effect the lift and tires would have. As far as speeding the speed at 75mph is actual speed based on gps not the speedometer. The gas mileage was calculated based on the actual gps speed at 75 also. I use the Nokia drive app on my iPhone since it shows the current vehicle speed and the posted speed limit for most roads and will alert you if your speeding. Now that my speedometer is off this is kinda nice.

Just got it back this morning, I think it looks a lot better. Also got the White Knuckle sliders on
Spacer Update: With 1" spacers from Motorsport Tech - they know to machine the fronts now. Fits great. I did some measurements and found that the front width (outside rim to outside rim) was ~3/8" narrower than the rear. Front hub to fender is 21.5". Trimmed the plastic and moved my sliders rearward. Definitely have to hammer the pinch weld. CV boot blew (think it was popped already)...rebuilding both sides next week. After 200k, it probably should be done. And then I am off to find a loading dock ramp and test the flex and see if I rub the fenders.
Looks good! RU putting any fog or leds on the front bumper or front roof rack? Are those ARB or SLEE bumpers? Can we get full bumper pics?

I always liked the look of the SLEE blueberry front bumper-- nice angles and the winch protector is not so conspicuous.
Do you have any pics of the side of your 100? I would like to see what you did with your wheels and tires.
If I can pick your brain...Why did you go with BIOR vs. some of the other rear bumper brands? Also, did you go fixed or adjustable swing arm for your 35" tires (are those 35"?)? I need to know if I need adjustable or regular swing arm for 35".
Also, did you go with the BIOR step-sliders or the regular sliders? I kinda liked the way BIOR step sliders look.
