I am trying to decide between 31, 32 or 33 inch tires. Found show me threads for 33 and 35 inch tires, so here is the 31 inch tires. If you could also provide your lift information is applicable.

Here's mine. 2.5" lift. Sorry, that's the only picture I have showing the tires.

Here's a few shots of mine. 4" HFS lift plus 2" shackles (on right) with 31x10.50.15 Cooper Discoverer ST's. Not crazy about the shackles, love the tires.

These are 31x10.5x15s, BFG ATs on MT Classic IIs.

Lift is a 2.5 HC with 1.5" extended shackles in rear.

32s on 15 inch rims. Lift? I dunno, I didn't put one on it. Does it look like it has a lift?

(Yes the seatbelt has been fixed... was gunked up from running topless through the dust)

Hey Fast Eddy and phrogg4evr, how do you guys like those 31x9.5 Swamper TSL Radials?

I love the "look", and imagine they would go really well off the black top, but I heard/read that they can throw of chunks rubber off if used as DD, or on the highway...is this true?

Edit: These would make a great choice after the 700x15 stock tires..basically same height, but just a little wider...that is if they ride well as a mild DD.

These are my 7.50 R16's. Equates to roughly 31" tyres on 16" rims. Cruiser has extended shackles, so sits higher than i'd like at the moment though...

Here's mine. 31x10.5's on 15x10 rims. I am about to put these tires on some factory FJ rims after they are blasted and painted. The only lift I have is 3" over stock shackles.

Hadn't thrown any chunks on them, but they are a pretty soft tire and will wear fast in DD street and highway driving:meh:

They do look kewl though, has the old tractor tire look:grinpimp:

I'm not too worried about the wear, more concerned with wandering, braking, water, and general road/offroad handling for an older 40 with limited usage.

Consider those military tires, they look cool also, but most would not use them if they had a choice...hope these do not fall into that category...

I have put about 1500 miles on mine so far, some on and some off road. Braking was fine, was fine on wet roads, as far as wandering, the only wandering my truck does is when I forget to tighten something down. They are a great tire, but based on the feedback I have seen they just will wear down in 15k~ish if you drive it exclusively on road

They do make a cool noise when you lock them up;)
