The only place I can think of is Desert Rat.
x2 on Desert Rat -- spotted a 60 w/custom plate "Gandalf" there a few years back that just had OME rear put in, guys inside thought it ran around $400 for install only. YMMV what with not having 20yo bushing that need cutting off.
FWIW, Kurt at Cruiser Outfitter quoted me around $1700 delivered, just a few months back.
