Kenny wanted to do a shooting event at the barn with all the interest from the previous threads but we had decided the meet and greet was not the right time.

The time is now and Kenny wants some cruiser people with him on this weekend for obvious reasons. We will wheel some and shoot some at the barn and in Uwharrie.

This is not an official ONSC event for obvious reasons..... I would also say not a kid friendly event.

Starts..... early saturday for a little wheeling then back to the barn to set up targets and then wheeling again on sunday.

Kenny if I got any of that wrong please correct me..... i'm so tired right now I barely know my addresss :grinpimp:

Other ideas were thought of but Kenny wanted to do the first one at the barn so here it is..... if another one is warranted there are other great venues... some that Jerry and Jason brought up to do it at.

We will need safety officers.....
Targets made.... i'd say if you are going to come spend the $10 and make a target out of PVC piping... Jerry had a great plan made up.

Sounds good Al. I want to do Kodak since I wasn't able last time. And probably crawl all day sat & some sunday. If anyone wants to come Friday pm let me know. Wouldn't be a problem.

i have plenty of pvc and can make/bring some frames...and some 22cal @ 50 ft targets......isnt april 15the opening day for tax man season????
 
I hope to be there..and can bring a couple of target stands....I dont know about being a safety officer but I likely will shoot anyone pointing a gun at me....or you...

haha, idk if its just early or what, but this made me laugh pretty hard... I'll be there!
 
Damn. Really wanted to be able to make this event, but that's the weekend of my 5th anniversary, and we have a trip planned to celebrate. Shoot somethin' for me boys!!!

Have we closed in on starting times for wheeling each day yet?

anyone have a skeet thrower they can bring? I have a couple boxes of clays if Kenny doesn't mind some orange debris. lol

Eric, I was thinking meet at 9:00 at the Outpost Sat. morning. CaptainCrunch from Lowcountry Cruisers is camping this week and would like to ride with us Sat, and maybe Dbenke. My nephew from Raleigh is bringing his CJ8 on Friday and we are going to stay at the barn friday night. McCaskill called yesterday and said his Heep is ready. :lol:Everyone is welcome to come friday! I wouild like to do a morning ride until 1:00 and then go back to the barn and shoot til 3:00 or 4:00, then maybe do another ride afterwards. We might put the guns up and breakout the cornhole boards and just start drinking, who knows!
I don't think we have room to skeet shoot, not to mention the debris or the safety aspect. The targets will be set-up left of the far barn where we will be shooting into the mountain. Please, no machine guns or cannons. :eek:
Let me know what you guys want to do for dinner. We still have Burts grill. :cheers:

Awesome. I'll nail down some details this weekend with the better half but we'll definitely see you there. :)
 
Darin, we should still be there! I'll make sure there still some coffee in the pot for you. I do want to make another trail run Sunday so I hope you can join us.

i was planning on this, but will at the beach most of the week and back on friday....so i doubt i will make it there on friday....keeping my fingers crossed for saturday...anyone from charlotte coming?
 
Unfortunately I have to bow out completely. Got way too much stuff comming up that I have to do on my one day off (suday).


Some one shoot the Sh$t out of a target for me :frown:
 
Still going to try and get out there Sat night.... i'll just leave butt ass early on Sunday ;) Can't promise anything though
