I need to make sure I put the shock mounting plate for the rear shocks on in the right orientation. I had someone else take the plates off and label them, but I think they were labled backwards. I installed them like so.

This is the DS.

The open end of the bolt in the bracket is facing the frame, the cup in the bracket is angled like this.

With the cup accentuating the shocks orientation outboard. The pointy part of the trapezoidal bracket is facing towards the spring. This bracket is labeled RH and on the LH (drivers) side. the LH bracket I put on the passenger side. I spent a long time looking at them and it seems like this made the most sense.

Mine are installed with the open ended hole facing hole to the outside next to the tire, which is the same way you've done it if I'm not mistaken.
Yeah, thats the way mine are. Open end towards the frame, close hole towards the center. but which way the cup angles is the trick
