Ok. Another trivial question for you guys. I have a 94 with the brown interior and plan to replace the front seats with something newer from a late model car. The older 94 has a lot of black on the dash including a black steering wheel. I have a sleeping platform in the back so no rear seats to match. I always assumed I would just go with black seats. Buy my wife saw some pictures where people have swapped in tan leather seats and thinks it looks better than black.

Both have pros and cons. Black wont show grease and dirt as bad but gets hot in the sun.

What do you guys think would look better with the pre 94 dark brown interior, tan or black?

Both look good on a Doberman :)

I love drinking black and tan's!

For me, I never go black on the seats. The heat factor is always a problem.

Maybe you don't mind everyone you know complaining every time they get in your car on a sunny day, but I find it affects my sanity.

And complaints are one thing, but it is also just uncomfortable to sit in and come back to.

If you have driven in a car with black seats regularly or had a car with black seats already, then you know.

I would go tan if you have the option. If you are worried about dirt and grease, just remember to lay down a blanket or something. I have one in my trunk that is my go too (It serves that one and only use).
