seat belt light comes on and idle races??

help. my 85 fj-60 when driving, the seat belt light comes on (when I'm wearing my seat belt) and the engine starts to buck.
the truck engine either races or stalls out when clutch is depressed.
i have changed plugs, cap and rotor. is this an ignition module problem?? or coil?? need help here..........................

I know this is an old post but my 1984 FJ60 has the exact same problem. Were there any definitive answers to this problem?

Also, when my truck dies while driving I can usually pull the choke to keep her running until the seatbelt light stays on for a few seconds then she drives fine until I park for a while....then it could totally happen all over again.
