Wanted Seat belt (grey) for 2001 LX470 fits 1998-2002

I need a front passenger and both 3rd row seat belts in grey for my 2001 LX470. The previous owners dog chewed on the existing ones and the dealership refuses to ship them as the re-tractor is deemed hazardous. I live over150 miles from the nearest Lexus dealership so it is a full day of driving to just go pick one up.

I've got the front passenger and both 3rd row seat belts, in grey, but they are from a Landcruiser, 1998.
not sure if there is a visible difference in the color/shade between LX and Landcruiser

I really appreciate that but if I am understanding this thread correctly they are slightly different in how they connect at the base and the LX and LC are not interchangeable.

I have a 2002 LX470 that has a production date of 10/2001 with ivory interior trim. I need to replace the driver's seatbelt and would like to just buy a new one. The part number for my production date is 73220-60322-A0. This part is no longer available and has been replaced by 73220-60322-B0...
