That’s where I struggled. I purchased it from overseas. When I saw the date markings I was confused. I’m used to the 3 letter ones.Not an expert, but I can guess. My first guess is Oct. 1, 1959. My second guess is Sept. 18, 1966. The color of the body tells me post-64, but the S/N format is not familiar to me. And it looks almost restamped.

The first digit after the alpha would appear to be the year 8=1958, 9=1959, 0=1960
The next 3 digits don't seem to fit a month/day or week number format.
Perhaps the 2nd digit is the month, followed by a 2-digit lot number.
