Has anyone tried one of these? Seems to (mostly) do what Scanguages and Ultraguages do. I've had both and liked them both, but saw this when searching and looks....interesting. There are a few different brands...so I am looking into it more to see if it does A/T temps, etc.

Or you could just get a small Android tablet like this and load Torque or OBD fusion and get more functionality. Going this rout is likely a bit more fiddley than a Scanguage but seems to work pretty well for a lot of folks. A lot of people just use their smart phones. I have played with this using an old iPhone that was in my junk drawer. Now I'm using my PX6 head unit which I am really liking.

I thought about using a tablet, but they are a lot larger and I already have the Road Top above my head unit. These are smaller and not too gaudy. And they would just turn on and be exactly the info needed rather than having to start the phone, open an app, etc. Pros and Cons both ways for sure.

I loved my PX6 in my GX470. It has its glitches, but once you figure those out and can navigate around them they are awesome. I will likely do that again once they figure out how to trigger the rear screen and send video to it. Should be easy, no one has done it yet though. Heck, I could probably figure it out.

I just picked up a Scan GaugeIII, still have to mess with it but liking it so far! Placement isn't final.

Left dashboard seems like an ok place. What is fuel level measuring?
I am going to move it to the climate vent right of the wheel.

Fuel level measures gallons in the tank but needs to be calibrated with fill ups. You enter how big the tank is and enter how much gas you pump in after that it is supposed to calibrate and give you a live gallon readout. You can also track gallon prices and cost if that is your thing.

After 4 months how are you liking it? I am considering one for my 7.3 Ferd.

I have a Scangauge II in my 80 Series. I think it's worth it, I think the Scangauge products you get what you pay for (compared to Bluetooth apps, etc.) Not cheap, but good products IMHO.

I have a Scanguage 2 in my Hundred. It is worth it. But I am curious about the performance of the 3. Are you able to dim the screen enough at night so it is not irritating?
