This is an really awesome price for this rig. 3.4L swapped, solid axle swapped, looks to be trail proven and in pretty good shape.

Someone jump on this thing!

1991 Toyota 4 Runner

Great price

Absolutely is! I'm surprised it hasn't sold already. Solid axle swapped 4runners rarely come up, but one with a 3.4...for under $5k!

Btw if anyone wants me to do a pre-purchase inspection, I'll do it for the cost of gas to check it out. :)

boy, it's tempting to pay and send you on an excursion, but a) it would be a grand to ship it to me, and b) the state just started re-enforcing inspection regulations, including lifts and tires beyond fenders and I can't risk not being able to register it if I got it. Damn...

Honestly if I bought this thing I would probably lower it some. The tires are a little too big and I personally don't want to be changing 40's on the trail by myself. I'd get some smaller lift springs and slap it on 35's.

When I bought my 87 from Colorado, I flew there, looked it over, bought it and drove it back. I would recommend that if you had the time, but @Riverrunner might be able to get a shipping quote for you if you change your mind.

Agreed, I personally love 37s, but I hear you overall. I want "big" tires on a trail rig, otherwise I'd just wheel my 100...

I get that too. I've never been a fan of "big" tires. 33's have gotten me wherever I need to go and changing them or finding spares is never an issue.
