Saginaw ps conversion

Is there a press on wide pulley available for a GM-Saginaw PS pump. I know the Volvo 240 will work but I can't find one.

Or a mounting bracket for an FJ60 pump to early 2F

Pulley

The pulley I used and a few others is a machine pulley
and it is a little smaller in diameter so the RPM on
the pump increases a little.These are Martin,s #
,Martin is the Mfg.
Pulley- 1-B-50-SDS
Bushing- SDS 3/4
You can order them from Orion Mfg (ask for Ladis at
908-558-1600) if you can't find them local.Someone on
MUD crossed the # to a Graingers# I think this is
them. GRAINGER
Pulley: PN 3x586 $30
Bushing: PN 3x573 $6

Bill does very nice too, I just got mine yesterday!

I ordered the one from MAF and am very happy with it. The only difference from the pic is mine was powder coated black. It definately holds the pump securely with three bolts and is easy to adjust the tension.

has anyone mounted the pump to the smog bracket? I dont like the idea of attatching the pump bracket to the head bolts.

the Saginaw P/S pump.That includes all the mounting
hardware,spacers and adjusting arm.
They are $95.00 each plus shipping. If you buy both
they are $180.00 plus shipping.

I wish I would have known that a few weeks ago when I was researching and ordering all of my parts. Live and learn. Do you have the saginaw PS hoses?

If you go to the pick and pull and find a hose that will work with your pump and box you can cut off the ends and measure the length you want go to the local hydralic shop and they can give you a compression connector hose that will work with the ends, Picture included Larry

The post on MUD did not show ps pump upper mounting details. Is there a web site with more info?

Also, do you have a bracket system for York compressors also?

With only one bolt for the ps pump body to main bracket, do you have any issues with vibration?

I never had any on my truck and I have sold more than 50 brackets and no complaints. Bill
