saginaw conversion

i have a 75 fj40. with a 4 bolt gm saginaw box
and a saginaw pump on my sbc.
i cant find the high pressure hose anywhere.
iv searched on here and in the parts store for hours.
maybe im not looking in the right spot or something.
any help would be much appreciated

There won't be an exact hose...I got one for a J**p, and make a few extra bends to get it to line up. There's a good thread out there with the part number for the hose...If I find it, I'll post it. Around $35 IIRC.

You have to do a little modification. He lists another, but the bend is off 180 degrees.

How about making your own using field attachable fittings?

I remember seeing on Extreme 4x4 TV show where they created their own power steering pressure lines. Doing a search I found these:

x2 on the j**p hose. I used a '78 CJ7 with a V8 pressure hose. Had to bend it a little but it worked. It was $18 at autozone or advance, can't remember which (they're right next to each other).

If you have a CarQuest close look at a PSH 35230. I believe that is what I used on mine. Or have somebody try to cross reference it.
