That's right....the forecast for the Upstate this saturday is 40% chance of snow.
Hot dang. It's why I bought a Cruiser in the first place. Stay tuned. If it sticks and
has ANY depth then I'd say we ought to get together for a dinner some place.

The local trail I was talking about is called Mountain Estates, it is actually just the name of the road that the trail starts at...............

It is a bunch of short little trails nothing to bad, lots of off camber and some big mud holes and one unbelievably steep hill climb with lots of big rocks, Just ask Chuck/CruisinTiger on here......... his 60 has a nice big dent in the rear from one of those boulders..........

If it is snowing it would be a fun run, although it will be twice as hard as normal, due to the wet ground...........that good ole red clay can be nasty slippery when wet.

Im not a member of your group but im in charleston and drive a 97. Ill be visiting my brother up in clemson this weekend. Id be interested in maybe joining you guys for some snowy trails, if you dont mind my 97 and maybe his heep grand cherokee.

Capt'n Jim is up from Fla this weekend too. If it snows he'll come with me.
I plan on using the fj60. 31s and no lockers....should be fun.

You guys can just send Gundy/David your email addresses if you are interested in joining the club and while you are at it just give him your cell, or you can just post it up here.

I won't be going if it isn't snowing either.......... maybe if we plan to go early enough the snow/sleet won't have changed over to freezing rain like the forecast says......... because that would be no fun in my forty with no doors and top

We should have a better idea friday night, see what the weather men think then.............

i'll catch a ride with somebody if it snows and we don't play ultimate (the 21st annual joint summit is this weekend...y'all should come out to jervey meadows and check it out)

if this is even possible, my cruiser is running worse than it did last week, ha ha, who knew??

well this morning calls for 3 to 5 inches of snow/sleet then a transition to freezing rain in early evening on saturday................. hope this forecast is right. If we get out early enough on saturday it should be all white stuff

Hot dang! If we get 3-5 inches...who needs a trail? The roads around here
will be challenge enough.
I'm stocking up on gas for the home generator and filling a couple of propane tanks today
just in case.
Hot tub is ready to go.
Milk and bread run is mandatory here.

yeah better hit the grocery stores early all the milk and bread is going to be gone................ I have never understood that about the south, a little snow and they think they will be stuck in side for weeks or something and the go clean out the grocery stores........ and most people around here can't drive in the snow for anything, maybe I will get to rescue some people with the 40 tomorrow I will just look for all the sorority girls and their landrovers in the ditch.........
