Don't know about the doors bumpers but I recently lost one the tailgate bumpers you pictured above.
I stopped by Spector and they don't have them. But we found that SOR's reproduction 40 Series hood bumper rubbers are an almost exact fit and work well. A little larger in the OD, but the nipple fits and the thickness is very close, and 2 were about $4.00. Sorry I don't have the part number, just check SOR's web site for 40 body parts.

For the rear tailgate bump stop:
Subaru has a rubber bumper for their hood that looks like it will snap into that spot. I have not tried it, but the one on my Subaru looks like it would work nicely in that spot.. maybe with a tad trimmed off the length.
