I was finally able to get some time with the project. I got all the rotten structure out carefully so that I can start putting the new ones in.
See below for mocking up (clamping) the new panels in. Looks much better.

What is the yellow stuff that Toyota used to seal all the seams and panels? Also seem to use it for a thick barrier. In places it looks like some kind of seam sealer and in other places it looks like body filler. Any idea? I have even thought it could be something like liquid nails.
When I was taking it off of the wheel well it seemed like bondo

SEM offers a very similar sealer, it’s even the same color. Toyota sprayed it on.
Also FYI to others, new outer rockers are still available, only one side is still available for the inner rocker.

I made a little more progress today.
The door corner is welded in and it matches the door profile.
Also managed to fix the rear quarter panel (inside and out)
Way better than what I started out with:

Out door rated vinyl chalk works good.

Exactly! It’s flexible after it cures. Paintable, and keeps the water out, so no rusting on the seams! Pretty sure OEMs use something similar.
