Hey thank you Scott..wish I had some of your sewing skills(and a decent machine)

Did some more wiring, picked up the insulation, and added some lighting under the kitchen counter. The wiring is all done!

The spots work great over the counter, but when you need something from the plastic cases stored under the counter....it's flashlight time.....but not anymore!

sorry for sucky pix.....inferior cell phone quality

nice work, and the food looks good

Thanks Doc....!

was gettin ready to send out SAR for ya'....

Have another trip planned in a couple of more weeks, and I'm going to try to get some interior finishes done....can't wait!

I like the exterior work/kitchen shelf and lighting!

How do you store it when you are on the move?

In post #202 you can see the travel position....the shelves store inside, and the sink and stove top fit in a container, and just pop in. I did add an extension to the sink drain, that fits into my 5 gal. grey water tank, so no more "splash" from the sink.

The new shelves helped to free up some food prep area. I also scored a nice "fold up in a bag" aluminum table(under the grill). The aluminum seats were cut off one of those folding picnic table units, I bought bent at a garage sale. Cut the 4 seats, that were flawless, and chucked the bent table. The seats also double as end tables while around the fire.

Small update

got me some of them thar' new fangled Rotopax w/locking handles for the nose of the ROAM....the 2 gallon models from TRDParts4U...great price, and the fastest shipping in the west. Jacque Rocks!

I'm slowly getting back into it. I have taken over the wife's Sequoia since she now wants to drive the IS. Maybe the trailer bug will hit again. I love watching what others are doing.

Cant...believe...I...just read...the whole...thread (in one sitting).

So awesome man, great work!
Greg

Thanks Greg...glad you enjoyed it!

It really was a lot of fun building it....can't wait for the next one!

edit: just a few teaser pics of ROAM II, did a little welding over the weekend, the lights are tomporary until the body work begins.....looking to do an axle swap by fall....now,.....everyone has to keep this a secret, because if I get caught working on another camper.....I'll be living in the ROAM I full time...

So the bumper is done, the tongue is done, I'm cutting the wheel wells so 4' fits beteen them, and then the deck will get extended similar to the first, although this nose will straight, (not pointy)but slightly angled back.

Have to put in a new Master bathroom, probably crown in the bedrooms, and new granite tops and backsplash...:bang:

Sorry...was a little dark last when I went touring around the block, I have to lengthen the 7-way plug about 12" to allow a bit more slack (I left some coiled underneath)

In the dictionary under Repeat Offender there's a picture of you, lol. Can't wait to be 'offended' by your next trailer, Pat. In the meantime have fun with the home projects. Last couple years I've been helping my girlfriend with her place. Ever try to get crown moulding corners to join just right in a 60yr-old house? There's not a room in the place that was actually square! Still, its rewarding work and scores brownie points like nothing else. ;)

Hey Pat,

I commend you!! Not only for an awesome build, but also for an updated detailed build thread. You were working overtime keeping us a part of it . I think I speak for most, THANK YOU!

As always your support is paramount...wish I had time when I was in Texas last week to meet you....until the next stop.

There's always an empty barstool for you, Pat. Give me a heads-up next time you'll be in the neighborhood and we'll see if we can't put a mug in front of your mug.

 - Reid
