Getting some more wiring and interior sorted.
Got some bits back from powdercoaters , re assembled jerrycan holder . Number plate mounts on back . Bit hard to make out but reversing camera as well.
Cleaned up and mounted the seatbelts.
Ebay snorkel mounted , seems well made. All stainless hardware. Going to use s9mething getter than the fluted flexible hose supplied. More later.

Tailshafts rebuilt. Waiting on some new 11mm bolts and nuts to fit.
Bullbar back from powdercoaters , and fitted
Homemade rear bar , need to fit carriers next.
New retrosound radio , made a fascia to mount it as I had not realised the PO had enlarged the opening and the supplied one didnt cover the opening.
Made from aluminium and sprayed with textured finish like the other details.
So close to getting this on the road , need to pull my finger out and get the roof done !

Nothing tricky , just hot water and detergent.
Probably a bit worn in places , but they will do until funds allow replacement.

Just catching up on some small stuff.
New gasket , replated springs. Side vents done.
Got the tyre carrier and jerry can holder mounted, just got to mount the actuall jerry can frame. Then wire up the number plate light.
On the look out for a suitable work/ reverse spotlight.

Did a some custom made joinery for a new client , had a fully ARB kitted out 200 series out front his house. I made comment turned out he owns 2 ARB franchise stores . He then made the mistake of saying if I ever need anything he wouls see what he could do.
After some research we sourced this Long Ranger aux tank.
Holds 75 litres and tuck way up under the rear.
Cost me 900 aus dollars.
I blanked of the filler tube by brazing on a trailer beating cap.
In the process of plumbing a secondary carter pump to transfer from main to fill it up , the running a pollak valve so can run off main or aux.
Also reworked the brush bars that came with the vehicle, made a better mounting system and tweaked them to look a better fit.
