RH12V in dash?

When I bought my 74 FJ40, two wires were sticking out of the upper dash and disconnected. everything seem to work, as I drove it daily for 6 months before starting the frame off. Now as I reassembly I discover that the two wire most likely went to this relay in the upper dash. I would assume a dash light, but no outward lens, unless the PO reskined the dash and covered it. Any ideas?

That is a lamp assembly that has been covered by the aftermarket cap installed on that dash pad.

In the other post you asked about this, but with no pic,I was going to say if it has only 2 wires , then it is not a relay but a device maybe a dash light. A relay will have more than 2 wires. I think Poser Is right.
