Thanks, can I just cut out the existing reflector to fit in the light? Is that what you did, and just painted reflector?
Yes, that’s exactly right. Will use some body filler to make it nice and smooth before painting. Honestly a little bit of orange peel makes it look a little better though. We’ve done it both ways (smooth and orange peel) I’ll see if I can find some pictures and post up later tonight.

The reflector lenses are definitely different, at least on my former '13 vs my current '16.

For 16+, I got an update from the Hex Peak Mods site (I signed up for notifications) recently. They're cool, but bring your wallet - $399 plus the cost of lights!

Yikes! Thanks for the info. Looks like I'll be going the DIY route then.
 
Here is another way to get reverse lights into the reflector for a lot less and is DIY friendly.
