Retrofitted backup camera not triggering. (1 Viewer)

I had a Sony AX6000 installed and everything seems to work good except for the backup camera. You cannot put turn the backup camera on unless the truck is in reverse however, you have to manually select the camera it will not come on automatically. Has anyone run into this issue on your 100 series?

Is the reverse signal wire hooked up on the back of the HU? Is there a setting in the features to auto turn it on?

I used NAVIKS with factory head unit and no issues at all...
