Factory navigation and backup camera stopped working (1 Viewer)

Not to sound too basic but did you check the fuses under the passenger side kick panel. I had the same issue with Navigation and the backup camera and it was just a blown fuse.
Do you remember which fuse? I checked pretty much all of them and just this weekend found evidence of corrosion on some in the passenger kickpanel.

I think it was 55 but to be honest I don’t recall exactly.

I checked that one and found some corrosion on it, but it wasn't blown. Though I did take the fuse out and see what changed on the radio and all the audio stopped coming out of the speakers. When I put the fuse back in the audio came back on.

My audio works, so I can't seem to narrow it down just yet.

Are you getting the “external system not connected” message? If not then you might be seeing something different than I was. But like I said it was definitely a fuse and it was definitely an interior fuse box (not under the engine bay)… I’m second guessing and wonder if it was on the driver side. Sorry, wish I could remember. I was just trying everything and so it’s all now a blur. Good luck tracking this down, wish I could be of more help.
