3hr drive for me each way, so 11/1 would be the only one I could make. I don't need to be there so whatever day works for everyone, do that. Just keep me in the loop.

I be there on the 1st
Some options:
I think Cabella's has some meeting rooms they might let us use we could meet and then go eat.

The other possibility would be Freedom Toyota is right there aside of Cracker Barrel and they should let us use there meeting room but they close at 5 on sat so we would have to meet there at 3 and then go eat.

If you would like any of these options let me know and I'll try to arrange it
Mike

Hey Mike,

EITHER of those options sound great! Toyota dealer would be sweet - seems to add legitimacy ;)

Also had someone who lives nearby volunteer their place - highly dependant on size of the group.

We need a quick estimate on how many people will attend.

Please email me if you plan to attend and I will try to get a count. Make sure when you email me you tell me your mud name.

I'm in for the 11/1 date as well Andy.

Andy, just got your email. I'm in for Nov 1st.....Bill

Just saw this - I'm in Northern MD, about 3 hours from Hamburg and 3 hours from Capital City Cruisers to the south. Bummer! Definitely don't trust my 40 to make it that far yet. I'd definitely be interested at some point in the future.

Just saw this as well. I'm in Harrisburg and (hopefully) my 75 will be up and running then. I can make it.

We were legit with stickers and t-shirts!

Someone has extra stickers (Gary?, Rob? or Chris?) and shirts can easily be reprinted if there is interest.
I had coordinated both locally.

Bill I believe had made cards to put on windshields, I have a few somewhere.
Rob (who slides into a tree with his 80 and his son is asleep inside and misses the excitement) out there? We had a bank account he had set up for membership dues. I believe we had it set up as a non-profit as well and we had a TIN with the IRS. We are listed as a club- Appalachian Land Cruiser Association.

11/1 probably won't work for me, Probably will be out of town for my anniversary and it won't be at Red Robin...mmmm!

I think it would be great to get it organized. I have been crazy busy with work and everything else I am involved in, plus family and trying to build a garage and help dad with his too!

Keep me up-to-date!

I have some of the early minutes and other things as well as all the graphics and things we had printed.
Cost for a t-shirt and 2 stickers was $20 and the profit went into the club account.

Initially dues were $15 per family. Then I think it was $20 per family.

We had done member profiles to see areas of interest in the club and had a variety of things we had done and had met several times at different locations.

@caz - Nice, I'm getting married 15min due west of you next year. I might have to take you up on the offer - I have to wait a bit and see what my work schedule looks like. Let me tell you how much I love weekend travel...

It'd be great to get to know some like-minded individuals. My future father-in-law is always happy to help with the FJ40 projects, but his interests lie more in MOPAR/Muscle/Hot Rods than "Japanese Jeeps." Again, wish I lived a little closer, but I might have to make the hike up once in a while.

I'm a little west of Harrisburg but if you ever want to schedule any wheeling trips consider me in. Currently in the process of building a 45 but have a very capable 86 toyota w/ a 1uz, sas dual cases etc on 38's or a more tame Lexus lx450 on 35's with lots of body damage for the more mild trails... Familiar with Wellsville Oh or Rausch Creek but looking for new spots and new people....
