All injector part numbers are labeled 23250-50040. Here is photo comparing 99 UZJ100 injectors, to 98 UZJ100 injectors.

Top right injector is 99UZJ injector. Has more of a straight sleeve at the opening. With 2 indentions sticking out. I have yet to flow test these. Just pulled them.

Botom left: 98UZJ. Has more of a conical sleeve at the opening. No indentions.

Lowers screen appears to protruded more, which may just need pushing down to make flush. Screen may change with year made, factory or rebuilt (Aft mkt or OEM). I know our local FI specialist (FIS) use non Toyota screens.

I see lower has it's O-ring, upper does not.

The only 4.7L FI difference I know of, is with 4.7L VTT engine's FI. As mentioned above by others, year and which Denso plant manufacturers, will produce minor visual differences. But all points where wire housing, fuel rail & intake manifold connect are (should be) the same. The screens only make contact with FI, not the rail. A smaller screen opening and shape of open "may" effect flow IDK.
