Replacing Alternator Bearings (1 Viewer)

Are the bearings in Toyota alternators, specifically the Sequoia 150A, pressed in or just retained in place? Has anyone replaced them? Is there a trick to it?

Good idea, should be the same for any Toyota alternator I would think.
