replacement bulbs for OEM foglights??

Mot I checked the pull switch post but didn't see a price. I did like the pull switch pictured first in post 239 better. You do happen to have any of those laying around? I also liked the lights in post 339 same tread I haven't been following this tread closely but I take it those were already sold.

The first switch in #239 was sold a few months ago and the PIAA's on #339 were sold at the time I had posted the pictures. frown:

BTW, I went for a hunt at a couple of different places today and found almost the perfect box for two or even four bulbs!

BTW, I have decided to wrap the bulbs in plastic sack loosely and have them in the Toyota box so they don't shift around.

SORRY ABOUT THAT!!

I still have some switches in stock so it's $50 and four bulbs would be $70 and everything will be (regular) air shipped.

The package that I had purchased turned out smaller and lighter than I had expected when I had used a box that I had at home.

So it's going to be $35 for regular air shipping, instead of $38. Refunds have already been sent to those that have paid for them (If not, please let me know and I'll take care of it A.S.A.P.)

BTW, I have ordered more bulbs yesterday and now they're back-ordered. (I'm picking up the last six that were in stock, today.)

Your bulbs were sent off about six hours ago, along with voyager's.

Yours might arrive broken because it was kind of a tight fit.
I hope you won't mind.
The package was not insured, btw.

It's true that it was a tight fit as I could not fit all four boxes w/o getting creative (Difficult thing for me to do!).

I removed two of the four bulbs out of their boxes and have them share room with the other two bulbs. I put each of them in its own plastic sack and also inserted some (used) tissue paper for additional cushion.

As I've said earlier, the cardboard box is pretty sturdy, so I feel pretty confident that they would not experience any trauma inside it.

BUT, if they arrive less than perfect, then let me know (via PM) I will take care of you!

And btw, I thought that most of the 40 guys were kind of picky about silly things, so I collapsed the two unused bulb boxes and put them in the cardboard box at the bottom. So if you do not use all four (or even two) of them right away, you'll have boxes to keep them in until there comes a day!

Anyway, thanks for giving me the chance!

I guess timing is everything. I couldn't have sent the money more than a couple of hours before you mailed them.

I hope this helps everybody else out. With my luck if I was waiting to get some of them on back order you would find out they are now discontinued That's how my luck seems to go.

If you every come across that style pull switch that was in post #239 let me know. That would match my 76 I have with very low miles and few other special things

If it's the middle switch in #239, I have them, but if it's the top one...

The top one is noticeably(sp) larger than the one I have. Just compare it to the size of the quarter.

But what the heck I know?

If you're desperate I can "try" to see if I can still get the knob or not!

About the end of May I lived in Oregon in the sixties and early seventies and still have family there so I know what it's like. I still do miss all the green you have.
