replaced the steering on my 95 LC...dash lights are blinking and she wont turn over, any ideas??? HELP?!?!?!

i did, and waited about 10 mins before pulling the airbag connector. and did the installation in reverse. Im wondering if that yellow spinning plate that says to realign the red arrows has anything to do with what is going on

Sounds like your truck has an aftermarket alarm that was disabled until you disconnected the battery. There really isn't anything you could do wrong with the steering wheel that would keep your truck from starting. The flashing dash lights are from the alarm. Look under the dash on the drivers side and see if you can see an alarm, it should be fairly obvious, unplug it and see if your truck starts. The other thing you can do is look for a little toggle switch or small push button under the dash or in the kick panel area, turn the key on and flip the switch or push the button.
