Some will tell you they if your rings and springs are in decent shape when removed you could clean them up and reuse them.
 
Quick update on this.

I removed the manifolds; had them resurfaced; used new rings and springs and new gaskets all around. I also used a remflex gasket for the manifold to head joint. I took the advice from the experts on this forum and replaced all studs, nuts and bolts with OEM and Nickel anti-seize. While i was at it, I Bypassed the smog constraints and not only is my 60 leak free, the stutter/hesitation has been eliminated.
