Removing backup cam

Lens on mine got busted, so I picked one up from a part-out to swap out.

I cannot for the life of me get the thing off. You can see the plug/cap in question in the attached pic. I’ve used 90 degree angled needle pliers to try to squeeze it out from the inside but it’s barely budged.

is there a trick to this that I’m missing? Thx in advance.

drill out the center.
Order new ones on amazon. I wrote a bit about it somewhere. But no, I can't find it.

I could maybe look and send you two or three if 13$ is too much.

they come with a new cam. I don't remember it being possible to save them.
