Removed Seat Belts won’t extend (1 Viewer)

So I removed all my seat belt assemblies for my total overhaul of my cruiser and none of them will extend anymore. They retracted fully as soon as I removed them.

How in the world do you release the belt when it has been fully retracted? Seems like it’s supposed to happen by design but no obvious way to extend them. Help!

Try to extent in "vertical" position AKA your vehicle is not in a rolled position. If that doesn't work, reinstall it back to the vehicle to see if it is still working.

May not be vertical, just whatever angle they rest in the vehicle naturally

Wow that worked. Makes zero sense to me that whatever angle you hold it off the truck it will not extend but as soon as it’s bolted to the truck it just flies out. Weird.
