Just get a different camp site... on the other side of the park. It's a pretty big camp ground. I've never camped with these degenerates, but it sure sounds like a heluva time. I don't think I"ll be camping this time either, but I'll be there for some wheelin' :)

Well, after prayer and reflection time, things can get a little rowdy. Well, what do you expect with un-sweetened apple cider! Then if we drink to much cider we have been known to acapella the night way! Which reminds me....I can't forget the pitch pipe this time!

As of right now, It looks like i am out. If i can get a tire by thursday without it costing me an arm and a leg for shipping, Ill be there.

Don't know if you are looking for a specific brand but Treadwright has good deals on tires. If you have it shipped via spee-dee delivery it will be $18 for delivery and you'll have it in 2 days. Just call them to arrange that.

"Helluva time"?

Duckman- FWIW I was in the same position last year when I first came to town. I made it out to Attica with the wife and kids. (Boy 4 and girl 5 at the time) The first and maybe the only cussing they heard was from me when I high-centered my soccer-mom 80 series because I tried to follow Gappy. On the trail these guys were polite, helpful and cool as hell. I can't vouch for them after the sun goes down, but their behavior that we witnessed was nothing like you might expect from what you see here in the forum. You might want to take Mike's advice and plan on camping separate, (but nearby) That way you can keep the kids out of trouble but still go lookin' for it on your own.

Pig's got a passenger seat too, as does the D350. In fact, it's legal to chill in the camper on the road in IL and IN.

Are you completely carless now? I have a Honda I could get to you this weekend.

Thankfully no, i am still driving the cruiser, but with a patched sidewall. This is what i get for selling off a ton of my spare parts. Three weeks ago I could have made two separate wheel and tire combo's work on the truck, now im stuck working with one size. I can get one of these to my door shipped UPS for not to bad of a price, its still cheaper than one treadwright with only $18 shipping.

I was going to just order up my pitbull's earlier than expected and show up to redbird on those, but due to Denman going bankrupt, those wont be back in production for at least 1-2 months, lame

I might take one of you up on the right seat, but in all honesty at this point i might just use that weekend to get my 5-speed swap completed so i can get back to having both of my trucks back on the road.

Thanks Todd, I'd hate to miss an event.
ncduckman;
As for as the kids go we don't have any but it should be fine as long as you set up your tent FAR from the campfire and one or both of you turn in by the time it gets dark.

Very true!

Just stay away from Bill, aka "the fxxx factory"

Looking like good weather 65-70/40 sunny. I guess ill have to go blow all the saw dust off the 4runner, its currently one color.

Alas, no worries about me as we can't make this trip.
I need to get some more done to the mother in laws place and I just blew a hole in my toy/chevy morfidite header as well. :censor:( you should know what has been censored) A stainless replacement is on the way, only $250 from Low Range Off Road.

Whats wrong with the stock manifold??

Other than the fact that it also has been patched and weld numerous times, nothing.
I'm tired of messing with exhaust issues so...
With new I hope to get more than a year without having reweld patch or hack something together.

So you won't miss me too much...
Fxxx, Fxxx, Fxxx, Fxxx, Fxxx, Fxxx, Fxxx,
Fxxx, Fxxx, Fxxx, Fxxx, Fxxx, Fxxx, Fxxx!

Yeah you can even bring the kids cause this time Todd will be debuting the child friendly "G-spot"....lots of candy and puppies in there....or atleast thats what the spray paint says on the side.

John has recently become experienced with giving piggy back rides too. If you loan him your kids he can get more practice. :D
