on one of our windows, the seal between the window exterior frame and the window glass pane is deteriorated - the seal cannot be accessed from inside the house, but there's exterior trim on the window that can be taken off, so that should provide access to the rubber seal for replacement - we can't get to the window from the outside ourselves, as it's on the second floor and will require either a very long ladder or scaffolding

does anybody here have a recommendation for a company that could perform such a repair ? or replace the window ?
