I'ver got a freshly rebuilt Aisan carb for an FJ60 or Late (8/80+) FJ40. Toyota Part #21100-61141. Date code 4 E 17 (May 17, 1984). Asking $175.00.

Does it have the AC idle up circuit?

Yup. You can see the vacuum actuator at the top right hand corner of the first photo and the left side of the last photo.
