^ no. As you lift the rear (viewed from the USDS) the axle housing will rotate clockwise. So, you can lengthen the bottom arms (to rotate the axle counter-clockwise) or shorten the upper arms.
The amount the axle rotates isn't too large since the rear has upper and lower arms, so sort of a parallelogram (though the uppers are shorter, so not quite...).
Years ago a friend an I took a bunch of measurements and he modeled it up with some CAD software so we could see how the suspension cycling affected the overall rotation so we could calculate the length to adjust the lower arms to compensate for a nominal 3 - 4" lift that we were running.
