wondering if anyone has tried to fit these fenders on to an fj40? I know many folks have used tj flares on fj40's and am wondering if these could work as well. Seems that if they fit cj and other vehicles they might work fine an an fj40. I am pulling the rear tank I have and moving the axle back a bit and would like to do something different. Any opinions, experiences appreciated.

Thanks,

Noah

Sorry this is the best picture I have right now. Not true flares because they are not attached to the body only the sliders and each side by the back tube which is attached at the rear body mounts.

The jeep flares are made to use with the 1/4 panel armor which is usually 3/16 thick other wise you'll just push the flare in when you rub it on some thing solid and smash your corner panel in.
