any reason you couldn't install the switch in parallel in an LX and not have to worry about having the remote in you pocket?

Did you ever perform this install? I like the idea of not having to hunt for my keys and for kids in the back to utilize.

Nope, should work fine.

Have any other customers which installed this kit on their LX? There is definite utility in opening the rear hatch without a key. Also, which color do you recommend ivory interior (2013-2015 model year) LX570 owners purchase?
