Rear tailgate options

Need to replace my rear tailgate on a 2013 GX460 in dazzling knights armor pearl and looking for aftermarket options.

Are there Prado tailgates with the rear tire available in the US?
Will the 2014+ rear tailgates fit a 2013?
Anyone do this before and have tips or suggestions?

Also, if you're going to be doing a lift and big tires and you want to get a rear door with tire carrier, just be sure the door can handle the extra weight.
